UBL LCSC Minutes

Tuesday - 7 January 2003

Attendees: Tim McGrath, Bill Meadows, Jon Bosak,Lisa Seaburg, Monica Martin, Gunther, Nigel, Debbie Quezadaz.

1. Welcome from Chair and appointment of Secretary to take minutes Debbie is taking minutes.

2. Acceptance of previous minutes – We did not have a quorum, therefore this item was postponed.

3. Analysis Team report (Sue/Michael)

-There was one point raised by Bill Burcham. Detected that there ws an out-of-sync problem. The doc and spreadsheet have properties/elements not in the original source document. Tim made a note to Mike to ensure that they are synchronized.

4. Assembly Team report (Mike)

* Document Types

Modified the latest set of spreadsheets for the doc. Tim did a consolidated spreadsheet, so there would be no repeated definitions. Mike proposed to edit it. Added columns to sheet to indicate which BIE is used. Mentioned that there were general comments: 1) minor typos, something got lost in combining the record used in each message, and 3) 1-2 definitions were not right. Mike proposed that this spreadsheet be accepted as final. That this is the end of the QA cycle and an internal assessment is that this is the final doc.

* XSD generation (Gunther)

Don't need to do a modification of the shell script. Tim doesn't have the lates version of the script. Gunther will include the perl script with the next package. Gunther will have all by Wednesday, January 8th. Lisa commented to make sure that xsd's are compliant to NDR review and are parsable. Everything must be done by Thursday January 9th. Lisa will produce.

5. QA Team report (Marion)

It will be called Context and Business Rules, not Scope Statement. On Friday's con-call they will suggest that they finalize the scope statement and send to Tim.

6. Packaging Team (Lisa/Tim)

LC Doc. – Part 1 doc – current NDR doc. Static url to have latest version of NDR doc. Mavis will give a generic URL to point to current version.
