Discussion
- Minutes: Minutes accepted from last meeting.
- V.0.65 package: Have not received HL7 input. Next liaison meeting will be 25 October 2002. Use to prompt HL7 at this meeting.
- V.0.70 Release Work Schedule:
- Modeling: [Action - Adcock and McGrath] Review class diagram briefly and a spreadsheet version will be provided. Referenced ABIE and the relationship, if applicable, between entities in this spreadsheet that gives more detail than the class diagram (which is different that the 0ptXXX official spreadsheet). How does this affect the Perl script [Lisa Seaburg] with adding/subtracting columns in spreadsheet? This is not the spreadsheet that the Perl script uses. McGrath will distribute raw material by end of the weekend (21 October) for team to review. McGrath saw close match to show OASIS CIQ Address element. The document assembly will be the official spreadsheet. Reviewing all inputs as part of modeling exercise.
- Scope Document: Publish to the web site and solicit comments; QA group will review. For comments, submit to list and reference the date of the Scope Document version and they will then be scheduled on the weekly conference calls for discussion.
- SBL Effort: Vocabulary for University administration at University at Berkley – This is a valuable case study and UBL related effort, and could provide a good training exercise for students (Lessons Learned back to UBL). Timing is uncertain for this effort in line with UBL schedule.
- Quality Assurance Group: Differentiate (1) official spreadsheet of the XML schema and (2) With containership, we have different relationships between BIEs (for example, location and address. Location could be nested in Address or vice versa. In a particular context, either could be correct). How do we get changes back to (1) from (2) effort [Marion Royal]? Changes integrated back through the document assembly [Tim McGrath]. What about changes with CIQ [Marion Royal]? As part of review, discuss if we integrate these CIQ changes [Tim McGrath]? Resolve next week the coordination between (1) and (2) referenced above.
- [Changed:181002] Containership: [Gunther Stuhec] asked if the issue of rules for containership has been resolved. Joint teleconference calls and subsequent position paper provided a resolution to that [Tim McGrath]. Stuhec will provide comments or concerns once re-reviewing the paper.
- Boeing Example: When the schemas are developed, ask Boeing to provide sample data to populate the XML instances to show generation of, for example, a Purchase Order [Tim McGrath to Sally Chan].
- NetMeeting Usage: Yim discussed access.
Actions
- Lisa Seaburg: Get HL7 comments.
- Yim and Bosak: Resolve NetMeeting issues for participants. Peter Yim or Lisa Seaburg: Suggest a distribution on how to set up NetMeeting to follow-up on verbal information provided in today's meeting.
- Team: Resolve coordination between (1) and (2) reference under Quality Assurance Group.
Next Meeting - 22 October 2002, same phone number and time.
