Table of Contents
Automatically create accounts for companies and users with a specific purpose. Changing these settings will ensure that any existing (if so configured) and any new companies or users with the selected purposes automatically get billing accounts. Deselecting a purpose here will not remove any existing billing accounts associated with the purpose, but will prevent any new users and companies with that purpose from automatically getting accounts.
If you want to create bills for all companies and users with a specific purpose, automate the accounts. If you want to create bills only for certain members, manually create accounts for them. This will help keep the database free of accounts that are not likely to get billed.

Edit the required field and any of the optional fields to set the automation options.
Automation Options
- Companies
Based on purpose, select which companies automatically get Kavi Billing accounts when added in Kavi Members. Deselecting a purpose here will not remove any existing billing accounts associated with the purpose, but will prevent any new users and companies with that purpose from automatically getting accounts.
- Users
Based on purpose, select which users automatically get Kavi Billing accounts when added in Kavi Members. Deselecting a purpose here will not remove any existing billing accounts associated with the purpose, but will prevent any new users and companies with that purpose from automatically getting accounts.
- Add Existing Accounts
Setting this to Yes will ensure that any existing companies or users with the selected purposes also automatically get Kavi Billing accounts when the form is submitted. Setting this to No will ensure that only new companies or users with the selected purposes will automatically get billing accounts.
