Generate a real-time overview of changes to accounts in the KBilling database.
Get useful information for troubleshooting.
Generate a downloadable or print-ready report of this information.
Set any of the optional fields to refine the search criteria. To view all available account activity history information, leave the search fields set to the default values. Since this tool logs all the changes to the database, setting default values could result in a volumnious report. Use the various search fields to narrow your search to the exact information that you need.
Options
- After This Time

- Before This Time
-

Note
The time fields can be used together to specify a bounded time range beginning at the time set in the After This Time field and ending at the time set in the Before This Time field.
- Who Initiated Action
The username identifying the source of the change. Use this field to search for changes initiated by a particular user or group of users. Use the full username to display changes initiated by a specific user; or a partial username, such as the domain, to display changes initiated by a group of users.
- What Action Was Taken
Enter this value to search for changes with a specific action type. This can be one of many default activity types e.g. Added, Edited, Deleted etc.
- Action Details
Enter the full or partial details of the action that you want to search on (e.g. For action type Edited, the action details could be bill_state which would display all the instances where a bill status has been changed. The action details due_date would display all the instances where a bill's due date has been changed).
A Full Activity Log is displayed according to the search criteria you provided. You may opt to display or download the report. The downloaded report shows only the last 1000 lines of the log. Data downloaded from this report shows one database table change per line. The What column displays the Item Key of the record being updated, which is very useful for troubleshooting purposes. You can use this item key to search for all updates to that record by entering it in the What Action Was Taken search field on the previous search page.
