Overview

The Delete Template tool is used remove a template permanently. Delete a template only if you are sure that you will never need to use that template again. Only email reminder templates that not in use in the schedule overdue notices tool can be deleted.

Use the Delete Template page to:

  • Remove email reminder templates permanently.

How to Delete a Template

You can delete email reminder templates that not in the schedule overdue notices tool.

Confirm Deletion

You will be able to review the template to make sure it is the one you wish to delete before permanently deleting it from the database.
