Use the User Activity History tool to seach, view and download the activity history of your company representatives. You must have the 'company_admin' role to use this tool.
Create a real-time overview of changes to user data in the Kavi Members database.
See which emails were sent to a user or group of users.
Get information useful for troubleshooting.
Download user activity information.
- After This Time
Use this field to set a point in time. The User Activity History will include only those changes logged after the time specified.
- Before This Time

Use this field to set a point in time. The User Activity History will include only those changes logged before the time specified.
Note
The time fields can be used together to specify a bounded time range beginning at the time set in the After This Time field and ending at the time set in the Before This Time field.
A User Activity History is displayed, according to the search criteria you provided. Click the 'Download' button to download the report.
The report displays the following columns:
- Time
The date and time of the change.
- Origination
As described previously.
- Username
The username of the user initiated the change. The username 'system' indicates an automated or uploaded change. If this is 'Anonymous User,' the change was made from a publicly accessible page.
- Activity Type
As described previously.
- User
The username of the user whose information changed.
