Chapter 148. Manage Email Schedule

Overview

Use the Manage Email Schedule tool to view and manage scheduled email used for Kavi Members email notifications. View the current schedule and click links to tools you can use to add, edit or delete the email template.

This document assumes you are familiar with email scheduling and email template concepts introduced in the Scheduled Email Concepts document.

Note

The scheduled email displayed through this tool doesn't include email managed by other applications that may be installed on the site, such as Kavi® Billing or Kavi® Showcase.

Use the Manage Email Schedule tool to:

  • View all scheduled email, such as notices sent to welcome new members or company representatives, alert moderators of membership applications pending moderation, confirm changes to company or user records, and membership renewal reminders.

  • Access a tool that allows you to add a new scheduled email and email template.

  • Manage an existing scheduled email and the template.

How to use the Manage Email Schedule tool

View a list of every scheduled email managed through Kavi Members, including when it is sent, the recipients list, the email template and status. To filter the list of scheduled email, set search criteria through the 'When:', 'Template Text:' or 'Recipient Type' search fields and press the Search button. To add a new scheduled email, click the Schedule a New Email button. To access tools needed to manage an existing list, click the Manage link for an existing scheduled email.

Click the 'Manage' link for the scheduled email you wish to manage.

Manage

Click a link if there is an action you wish to perform on the scheduled email (i.e., 'Edit', 'Delete', 'Activate' or 'Deactivate').
